What types of wedding signage do you offer?
I specialize exclusively in custom wedding and event signage, including welcome signs, seating charts and escort cards, bar menus and signature drink signs, table numbers, place cards, ceremony signage, directional signs, and fully custom pieces. All signage is designed specifically for your wedding, your venue, and your style.

Need signage for your baby shower, bachelorette, welcome party, after party, or any other party you could possibly throw?! Yes. We do signage!


When should I book with you?

Most couples reach out once their venue and overall style are finalized. Booking your custom wedding signage in Central Oregon 6–8 months before your wedding allows for the most flexibility in design, timeline, and pricing. This window gives us plenty of time to thoughtfully design, review, and produce your signage without added stress.


When does the design process begin after I book?

Design proposals begin 6 months before your wedding date. This includes two rounds of design proposal edits, followed by a final confirmation before production begins.


Do you accept ‘last- minute’ wedding signage orders?

I do accept limited last-minute requests based on availability.

  • 2-5 months before your wedding: additional fees may apply

  • 2 months or less: Considered a rush order and may incur a rush fee of over $500.

These timelines help ensure your signage is still created with care and attention to detail.


Is there a minimum order?

Yes. All custom wedding signage has a $500 minimum order.

Do you provide stands or easels for the signage? Will you set them up?

Yes. Stands or easels are included in your quote, so your signage is ready to be displayed on your wedding day.

Do you work outside of Central Oregon?

Absolutely. While I’m based in Central Oregon, I work with couples getting married throughout Bend, Sunriver, Sisters, Portland, the Oregon Coast and parts of Washington!
